Who We Are

Yayasan Persaudaraan Islam

Yayasan Persaudaraan Islam (YASAR) is an Islamic charity and welfare foundation established to make continuous charity (amal jariah) a way of life among Muslims.

YASAR has been registered with the Legal Affairs Division (BHEUU) of the Prime Minister's Department since 11 June 2013 (Registration No. PPAB-31/2013), and is now an appointed zakat collection agent of Pusat Pungutan Zakat MAIWP.

Through sadaqah, waqf, zakat and volunteer service, we build a lasting legacy of reward for donors, their families and generations to come.

Mission

Encourage Muslims to give consistently through sadaqah, hibah, waqf and zakat.
Provide a transparent, trustworthy and Shariah-compliant platform for channelling contributions.
Support the development of mosques, tahfiz centres, welfare institutions and Islamic education.
Give the community the opportunity to volunteer in managing and running welfare activities.
Raise awareness of the blessings of continuous charity for oneself, one's family and generations to come.
